Complimentary 60 Day Resizing

We offer one complimentary ring resize with all the rings we make.

For our local New Zealand customers, please get in touch with your consultant and they will send you return instructions on shipping the ring back securely to us for resizing.

Please note that Eternity rings cannot be resized due to their design limitations. Be aware that if your ring also has engraving then this may fade away during the process of resizing. Hence resizing of all engraved rings will attract a fee of NZD$50.00

For customers outside of New Zealand, Australia, US, Canada, and the UK, we do not offer free resizing as it may incur additional duties & taxes on returns.


60 Day Returns & Exchanges

At Nolan and Vada, we stand by our craftsmanship, design and transparency - that’s why we believe you’ll love your new piece. In the rare event you don’t, we offer a simple 60 day return or exchange, starting from the date you receive your item.


Exchanges:

If exchanging or swapping your ring design or sapphire requires a re-manufacture of your ring it will incur a 10% restocking fee of the original ring.


This includes but is not limited to; changing the sapphire centre stone, changing the metal colour of your ring and changing the ring design.


Returns:

Simply initiate your return or exchange within 60 days of receiving your item and you’ll receive a refund of your original purchase price less a 10% restocking fee.


Eligibility:

NV Design Collection

If you have purchased a ring from our design collection through our website then we will gladly exchange your piece for another item, or process a return and refund less a 10% restocking fee within 60 days of purchase.


Customised Design

If you have received renders, a custom sourced gem, or designed your piece with one of our consultants your ring is considered a custom piece.

In case you have purchased a custom piece and you would like to modify or change the design, you will still be eligible for an exchange, however it won’t be eligible for a refund.

To be eligible, just make sure your jewellery is in original unworn condition, without damage and with the accompanying documents, then simply get in touch with our team for exchange or return instructions. Any items showing signs of use, alterations, damage or have been resized will not be accepted for return.

All returns should be accompanied with the original documentation.

Return Process

Once we’ve received your return, our production team will quality check and verify the authenticity, and then process your refund back to your original payment method. We endeavour to have it all sorted within 7 working days from receipt of your return.


Any returned or exchanged items will not be eligible for free return shipping, return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Please get in touch with our team for further info.


Complimentary Secured Shipping

We offer secured complimentary tracked shipping within New Zealand on all orders.

All the orders we ship are securely packaged & completely insured by us until the time they are signed at your door.

In case you are based overseas, we ship worldwide through FedEx and offer FREE Global FedEx priority shipping on all orders.

For security & insurance purposes, we ship only to physical addresses (Home or Office). We do not ship to PO Box addresses.

In the context of timelines, in case you have bought the piece using buy now and paid the balance in full, the order takes approx. 4 weeks to complete and 3~5 working days to reach from the time of shipment.

In case you have ordered the piece using our NV Payment Plan, we will begin manufacturing once 50% of the balance is paid and ship the ring within 2 weeks from the time the final instalment is paid.

Please note if you have a specific timeframe for your ring to arrive, you will need to clear the invoice and approve your design and ring size promptly in order to meet your timeframe. We will not ship any rings until the final balance is cleared.

Once your order has been placed, our team will keep you updated throughout the ring manufacturing process. As soon as your order is ready for shipment you will receive a tracking number and estimated delivery date from Nolan and Vada.
