The prices mentioned on Nolan and Vada’s website are based on the latest market gem and precious metal values and our prices change regularly. The price you paid when you placed your order was the lowest price we were able to offer at the time.
At Nolan and Vada, we make every attempt to ensure that our online catalog of products is as accurate and complete as possible, however there may be instances when information on the website may contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, availability or any other matters. Nolan and Vada makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy of such information and will not be bound thereby. Nolan and Vada reserves the right to correct any errors and to update its website information at any time (including after you have submitted your order). If a product's listed price is lower than its actual price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping the product or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. If the order has been shipped, you agree to either return the product or pay the difference between the actual and charged prices. Our prices are also subject to change without notice. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. In order to give you the opportunity to view our products in great detail, some products may appear larger or smaller than their actual size in our images; and since every computer monitor is set differently, color and size may vary slightly.
In compliance with industry standards and FTC regulations, the carat total weight in all purchases may vary 0.07 carats from stated weight on any jewelry item. In regards to gemstones, a tolerance of 0.25mm is allowed and the actual size of gemstone may vary upto 0.25mm in size. As cuts of gemstones vary in nature, gemstone carat weights are approximate and may vary considerably from stated approximate weight. In most cases, gemstone carat weight exceeds stated approximate weight.
Most of the rings at Nolan and Vada contain a colored gemstone. Nolan and Vada makes every effort to disclose treatments on gemstones and adheres to best practice industry guidelines for gemstone treatment disclosure and follows practices set forth by the American Gem Trade Association (AGTA).
At Nolan and Vada, we have zero tolerance policy towards conflict diamonds. We source our diamonds from suppliers who have utmost integrity towards the trade comply with the United Nations Kimberley Process.
For your peace of mind, every purchase from Nolan and Vada comes with a valuation certificate prepared independently from a certified jewellery valuer. These grading reports are detailed documents created by grading experts at highly-respected laboratories. They contain a detailed description of all the characteristics of the centre stone and the ring. We can accept no liability for the accuracy of the report created by the third-party jewelry valuer.
Please note that these certificates are expensive to replace and as a result of this, Nolan and Vada requires the lab certificates to be included and returned in case you would like to return your purchase. Failure to include the lab certificate will result in a charge of a replacement fee of US$200.00
For customers in the USA, sales tax maybe applied depending on the State to which the purchase is shipped. Final tax will be reflected in the quotation and invoice prepared by our consultant.
For customers outside the USA, relevant value added tax (VAT) or Goods and Services tax (GST) will be applied in the quotation supplied by us. VAT or GST is calculated depending on the shipping destination of your order. For example, GST/VAT in New Zealand is 15%, 10% in Australia and 20% in the UK.
All purchases shipped by Nolan and Vada are fully insured and sent via FedEx Priority Shipping or by CourierPost New Zealand. For security purposes, we may request an identity proof in order to confirm your identity. Your purchase will require a signature to receive the parcel, in case you would like to pick up the parcel from courier’s pickup location then you must specify the same while placing an order with Nolan and Vada. We accept no liability for loss, consequential or other, where the terms and conditions of the courier company are not met.
In case you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within the first 30 days after delivery for a refund. For instructions on returning an item contact us on support@nolanandvada.com. Jewelry that has been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return. All jewelry must be returned in new, unworn condition. Please note that some special orders are nonreturnable. We will inform you if an item cannot be returned before moving forward with your order.
When you access or use the Nolan and Vada website or your personalized Nolan and Vada account, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for restricting access to your computer. Additionally, you are responsible for all activities that occur under your personal account and your password.
